These terms are between you and Eplex AI Pty Ltd (ACN 688 724 601), Level 1, 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia ("Eplex", "we"). By using Eplex Demo or eplex.ai, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
1. Your Studio link
Studio is for school staff aged 18 or over. Your link is issued to your school: keep it within your team. Links may expire, and we may end free or trial access at any time.
2. Review every draft
Drafts are written by AI and can contain mistakes, including wrong facts or the wrong tone. Check every draft before you send or rely on it. Studio never sends anything for you, and we do not guarantee any output is accurate or suitable.
3. What you paste
Paste only what the reply needs, and check the privacy review has hidden the family's details before you generate. Do not enter payment card details or sensitive information (such as health details) unless the reply genuinely needs it.
4. Fair use
No unlawful use, no attacking or overloading Studio, no trying to extract our prompts, libraries or data, and no using it to build a competing product. We may suspend access if this happens or for security reasons.
5. Ownership
We own Studio and everything behind it, including our software, prompts and cultural libraries. You own what you paste and the drafts produced for you. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
6. Liability
Studio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees your school paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. General
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
